We are a small family business that appreciates the value of quality and customer service.

Our business operates four truck-mounted cleaning units, one water damage restoration trailer, one air-duct cleaning trailer. We have Broomfield’s only area rug-washing spa. Owner Don DeLeeuw has lived in Colorado for 45 years, and is here to stay. Kathy manages the office while Don's son Steven is a certified carpet repair technician and does many of the repairs. Our team has over 70 years combined cleaning experience.

Truck-Mounted

Our truck-mounted, specialized cleaning process is engineered for homeowners who have a home they care for and want to get the most from. Shaw Industries, the world’s largest carpet manufacturer, recommends hot water extraction using a truck-mounted hot-water cleaning (steam cleaning) unit—and using a portable unit only in areas that the truck-mounted unit can’t reach.

We use certified master cleaning technicians on every job so that you know the job is done right. All of our employees are background checked to the standards that you would expect of your babysitter. Additionally, the certification board at IICRC has identified Healthy Home as using the cleaning, restoration and inspection industries’ most skilled and dedicated technicians. Our business if fully insured.

Don has been in the cleaning industry since 1990. He is currently certified as a Master Cleaner and Senior Inspector #9887 by the IICRC.

Steven is Don's son. Steven has been with Healthy Home for 15 years. He can clean and repair carpets better than anyone, he has seen it all and is Certified by the IICRC in Carpet and Upholstery cleaning along with Carpet Repairs and Re-Stretching. Steven is also and expert with Air Duct Cleaning.
